Alessandro Michele, in the end, did not disappoint the expectations: the great event organized by Gucci in Castel del Monte will go down in history.
The parade, clear tribute to Hannah Arendt and Walter Benjamin, has focused on the “Cosmogonie” concept, or – in greek – the creation of the world. Citing its own Benjamin, Alessandro Michele has created a show full of connections, the play of light, shadows and shapes. At center stage it was obviously the Frederick fortress of Castel del Monte, who was strongly supported this proposal for fashion. The Apulian fortress, one of the most beautiful castles not only of the region but of the entire country was engulfed in creations of the artistic director of Gucci, it has enhanced the castle with 360-degree projections of images, lights, geometric laser, video mapping.
The perimeter of the castle was embellished with shadows games that have enhanced the octagonal design of the fortress. The show, with a wise and measured directing, it was a time of mystery and fascination of art, beauty and fashion. The event, highly anticipated for days, was followed live on social fashion house as many fans and onlookers.
At Castel del Monte, however, they were attended by many international stars: from Maneskin, fresh Eurovision Song Contest – who yesterday had dinner at Trani in the setting of exclusive Villa Ascosa, actresses Dakota Johnson and Elle Fanning up the singer Lana Del Rey, the actor Alessandro Borghi, the singer Emma and blogger Anna Dello Russo. For each guest, considering the day (chosen for its full moon), Gucci has promised that he will adopt and will record one star for each guest. All fans of the whimsical style of Alexander caught Michael in Castel del Monte, with the esoteric, the constellations and the full moon in Scorpio with special eclipse, it is really outdated.
